1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By booking a session, entering the premises, or participating in any activity at SPLATTER ART JC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not enter the studio or participate in any of its services.

2. Participant Eligibility

    •    Participants must be at least 7+years old.

    •    All Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

    •    All participants (or their guardians) must sign a liability waiver before entering the splatter zone.

3. Booking and Payments

    •    Sessions must be booked in advance through our website, in person, or via phone.

    •    Full payment is required at the time of booking.

    •    Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice.

    •    No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    •    Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or store credit.

    •    No-shows and late arrivals (15+ minutes late) may forfeit their session and payment.

5. Safety and Conduct

    •    Protective gear (e.g., goggles, coveralls, shoe covers) must be worn in the splatter area.

    •    Paint is non-toxic and washable, but we recommend wearing clothing that can be stained.

    •    Participants must follow staff instructions at all times.

    •    Aggressive, destructive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.

6. Liability and Waiver

    •    All participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of a splatter art environment, including but not limited to slipping hazards, paint exposure, and physical activity.

    •    SPLATTER ART JC is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage.

    •    A signed waiver is required for participation. Parents/guardians must sign on behalf of minors.

7. Personal Belongings

    •    Please store personal items in designated areas.

    •    SPLATTER ART JC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

8. Media Release

 

By participating, you grant SPLATTER ART JC the right to photograph or record your image and artwork for promotional purposes. Please notify staff if you do not wish to be photographed.

9. Copyright and Artwork Ownership

    •    Artwork created during your session is yours to keep.

    •    You may not reproduce or sell any part of the studio’s branding, art templates, or proprietary tools.

10. Right to Refuse Service

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in unsafe or disrespectful behavior.

11. Changes to Terms

 

SPLATTER ART JC LLC  reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
